Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day of receipt of the goods.

Declaration of Withdrawal

A clear declaration by e-mail or post is sufficient.

Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days of receipt of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

Return
The goods must be returned to us within fourteen days of withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to unsealed or activated security and authentication products (e.g. YubiKeys), personalized or custom-made products.
