3. Hosting and Platform (Shopify)
This website is operated via the Shopify e-commerce platform. The provider is Shopify Inc. (Canada) and Shopify International Ltd. (Ireland). As part of the operation of the platform, personal data may be processed on servers located outside the EU (particularly in Canada and the USA). Data transfers are carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses and certifications under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).

When purchasing on account, a credit check may be performed. Required personal data may be transferred to credit agencies.

7. Newsletter (Shopify Email)
